| MEDITATION EVENINGS at St Katherine's, Parmoor, Frieth Every Wednesday evening I host a mediation evening, the theme of which will varies. For example - sacred geometry, the Elements, numbers and other symbols. Doors open at 7pm for a prompt 7.30pm start, finishing 10pm. There will be no admissions once the meditations have started. | THE POWER OF INTENT A one day workshop comprising of meditations, simple exercises (non strenuous!) and art based activities to demonstrate, sense and learn the tremendous power of the intent behind your thoughts, words and actions. | ||||
| ART FROM YOUR HEART Art has an impact and art originating from your heart has the most powerful impact of all! This workshop is about sensing where your art is coming from and experiencing the personally empowering sensations of creating art that has pure intent behind it, not only for you as the artist, but also for the people who look at or handle the product of your creativity. | MONTHLY WORKSHOPS at St Katherines, Parmoor, Frieth I am testing the interest in a regular monthly workshop and will vary the content. These will be held at Parmoor every first Monday of the month. For those of you who would be travelling a long distance Parmoor provides B&B and even dinner, all at very reasonable rates. As Parmoor is a spiritual retreat you might want to come on the Sunday and enjoy the location for the day.
